연구실 안전수칙 및 비상시 행동요령

연구(실험)실안전수칙(Lab Safety Rules)

일상 점검(일일 안전점검)을 실시하고 결과를 기록·보관할 것
(Perform daily inspection and keep the record)

항상 청결하고 정리된 상태를 유지할 것
(Keep clean and orderly always)

음식물반입과 취사행위를 금할 것
(Do not bring foods and drink into the lab)

실험 시, 실험복과 적절한 개인보호구를 착용할 것
(Wear lab coat and proper personal protective equipment)

실험 기자재는 사용법을 완벽하게 숙지한 후 취급할 것
(Understand how to use before treating equipment)

취급하는 화학물질의 MSDS를 비치하고 그 내용을 숙지할 것
(Prepare MSDS on chemicals and understand the contents)

화학약품은 화학적 성질에 따라 분리·보관할 것
(Categorize and store chemicals in according to the properties)

위험물(인화성, 폭발성)은 적정량을 보관하고 취급기준을 준수할 것
(Keep handling standard of hazardous materials)

위험한 실험은 반드시 연구실 책임자 입회하에 진행할 것
(Dangerous experiment should be proceeded by presence of the lab director)

실험폐수 및 폐기물은 정해진 지침에 따라 처리할 것
(Discard experimental wastewater and waste meterial in accordance with the Guidelines)

위험한 기계·기구에는 방호장치와 사용수칙을 부착할 것
(Attach the protection device and Precautions on dangerous machinery)

실험기기에 전원 스위치를 넣기 전에 안전을 확인할 것
(Check safety before inserting the power into the equipment)

실험기기 및 배선 등의 충전부가 외부에 노출되지 않도록 할 것
(Do not expose live part which electricity flows of lab equipment)

이동전선에는 몰드나 캡타이어를 사용할 것
(Use conduits or other protective tubing if electrical cords are installed along the floor)

문어발식 콘센트사용을 금할 것
(Refrain from using multiple tap as an octopus spreads its arms when using electricity)

실험중이거나 실험기기가 가동중일 때는 자리를 비우지 말 것
(Do not step out of lab while the experiment is conducted and the equipment is being operated)

최종 퇴실자는 기자재, 화햑약품 등의 이상유무 확인할 것
(Check the safety of equipments, chemicals etc. before leaving the lab finally)

연구실 안전수칙을 반드시 준수할 것
(Lab safety rules should be observed)

  • 화재발생시(Case of Fire)
    • · 소화기로 진화한다. (Use fire extinguisher)
    • · 119로 신고한다. (Call 119 for help)
    • · 사람들을 대피시킨다. (Evacuated people)
    • · 인화물질을 격리시킨다. (Isolate the Flammables)
    • · 기기의 전원을 차단한다. (Power off the equipment)
  • 응급환자 발생시(Case of Emergency patient)
    • · 응급조치를 한다. (Give first aid)
    • · 주변의 도움을 요청한다. (Ask around help)
    • · 119로 신고한다. (Call 119 for help)
